Sonya is most definitely an Earth Angel, an amazing therapist and a wonderful warm human being, I feel blessed to have found her. I found Sonya when I was at a very low point in my life , my brain felt scrambled and I knew I needed help to find and reconnect with my inner resources to maintain a positive attitude throughout my cancer journey. Sonya is that person and through her I've expanded my own knowledge and experience of infinite possibilities.

I had a very positive session of Hyponotherapy today with Sonya. Was able to make me feel very relaxed and unwind from my stresses. I would very much recommend. Very calm atmosphere with helpful advice and tips too. My first time trying hypnotherapy and I'm glad I've attended.
Sonya really put me at ease as I was a little sceptical, but after two sessions I found I felt a lot calmer and because she explained how the sub conscious works (which is important to me) I understood it so much more. I would definitely recommend Sonya, she has really helped me and I see things quite differently now.
