RTT Hypnotherapy was recommended to me and I am so glad I tried it. I found the experience really effective and helped me to deal with stress and anxiety in my life. I felt super relaxed throughout the session with Clio. I would do this again.

Thank you Clio for a unique and empowering experience. I decided to try something different and hypnotherapy was it! Like anything new or different I wasn't fully sure what to expect. Clio put me completely at ease with her soothing voice and gentle guiding tone. I felt completely relaxed throughout and was provided with the opportunity to engage with some soul searching. My session with clio really helped me to understand where my emotional triggers and barriers come from, she helped me on my healing journey and I found the whole experience so beneficial. I especially liked the personalised recording and found the more I listened to it the more I could really visualise my body healing within. She gave me the tools to understand my emotions and how they were blocking me from moving forward. I've been working with Clio on "getting my life back" for a couple years now. We started off with coaching when I was at my lowest. After having a baby I felt like I'd lost myself completely and just didn't know how to get back to where I wanted to be.
