I'd never tried hypnotherapy before so I thought I'd give it a go, to work through some eating behaviours. Nellie is great - intelligent, kind, empathetic, professional, and a great listener. I had three face-to-face sessions with Nellie, and they were positive and fruitful. I can't guarantee that it'll work for everyone (and neither does Nellie), but I recommend Nellie - she's a lovely person, so easy to talk to, and I had positive results!

I suffer from fibromyalgia along with which has meant I experience pain related anxiety and panic attacks and am finding the older I get the worse and more frequent they become. I had three sessions with Nellie to address the driving lesson anxiety which had got to the point I'd stopped my lessons. The sessions were done over zoom. After the sessions, Nellie gave me a bespoke recording so I could continue the work. I am now doing my driving lessons again and my instructor says he can see the difference and I'm much calmer and balanced. I highly recommend Nellie, she's calm, friendly, professional and I felt a huge difference after session 1.
