Elliott is not only a lovely human but a wonderful hypnotist. He has helped me with insomnia and anxiety when I was in a very dark place. From the first session, I started to feel more in control and slowly came off all the medication. He has been very are approachable and understanding. Forever grateful for the support and would recommend him to anyone who has anxiety or sleeping problems before going on the medication route. He is absolutely brilliant!
