My partner and I had a 1-2-1 day session with Lindsey after meeting at mamas and papas parents to be event and then attending a tester session. It was such a good decision, so informative and really practical information, everything Lindsey talked to us about and taught us really supported us both through the rest of my pregnancy and giving birth. Brilliant course, really informative and empowering. Not only did it put my mind at ease about coping with labour, it also helped me understand that hospital delivery wasn't our only option. The course helped us decide on a home waterbirth, giving us the tools and confidence to prepare for baby's arrival. Together me and my wife attended the hypnobirthing course with Lindsey. We were unsure what to expect but at the time my wife was very anxious and so we thought why not. My wife feels so much calmer, we have met new friends and learnt techniques that we can not only use in the upcoming birth but also in life for stressful situations. I attended Lindsey's pregnancy relaxation class before I had my little boy in December. I have made some great mummy friends I am still in touch with now our little ones are here and the breathing and relaxation techniques we practiced on the course helped me through my labour with absolutely no pain relief. Would highly recommend Lindsey and her courses!
