Been a heavy smoker from the age of 16 I am 31 now. I have never went a day without nicotine from the age of 16. I found Tate's hypnotherapy through Google, I have never meet them before. I followed everything there told me to do, I have been 8 days now smoke free, after the 4th day I haven't even thought about smoking, highly recommend, your health is the most important thing you have.
