My cat, Binx, went in for a two week stay and staff were so helpful and lovely. From updates everyday to always answering any questions I have. They treat Binx as if she was one of their own, which of course put my mind more at ease with her being away from home. I’m also ecstatic to say she’s cured!!! Couldn’t believe it when I went to pick her up, I was able to see a difference immediately from before the treatment. From start to finish the HCC provided an exemplary service and I would not hesitate in recommending them. Our cat is now ten weeks post RI treatment and she is doing really well: eating, playing, putting on weight and a lot more happy - and we are happier too as we don't have to worry about Hyperthyroidism affecting her health. Thank you to all the staff at the centre - you could not do what you do any better.
I cannot fault anything about the HCC! They took such great care of Jess during her stay and we received daily email updates which showed that they clearly had spent time with her getting to know her She even celebrated her 15th birthday with them and she was spoilt rotten. Thank you!
It's just over 12 months now since we brought George home, please see by the picture that he is thoroughly enjoying his 17th birthday. Without his visit to the clinic this would not be possible. We are so happy that George is cured. We highly recommend that if you can get this treatment you should. Thank you for everything that you did to help him and for allowing George to enjoy his life again.
Excellent service from all the staff at the HCC, super friendly and helpful. My little cat was very well looked after and I would highly recommend this treatment and centre for hyperthyroid cats to everyone!
