Nice bike shop. I’ve bought a few bikes from them and had others serviced. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Go above and beyond to help.
Called Hype up to ask if they had room to fix my bike as I had attempted to fit a part myself and completely bodged it. They got me in on the same day and fixed it with a very good price. Really happy with the service from Guy. He talked me through what I did wrong and said he would call me if he found anything wrong with the bike (he didn't but it's reassuring)! Thank you :)

In June, I bought a pre-loved (second hand) mountain bike from Hype Urban Bikes, on Sefton Street, in Liverpool. A month later, I took it back in for a couple of modifications. I have also taken my wife's bike in for a service. I must say that my wife and I our both very happy with the whole experience. Previously, my wife and I hadn't been out on our bicycles for years.
