I've been a patient for many a year when at Ryhope with Dr kalhdi and Dr Karn used to be able to speak to a Dr that knew your medical history now always a new Dr go through same problems only to be told the same thing been in pain for years going round in circles no further forward only good thing in there are the nurses
Can't get past the receptionist can't speak to a doctor like making fun of people's mental health problems receptionists head of practice and some nurse's laughing at people's state of mind nothing else but a gossip shop horrible behaviour for people just wanting care and help needs investigating
I called at 9:30 today 8/7/2024 in need of an emergency consultation, I was told to call back at 12 which I did only for an answering machine to tell me the call line is closed. it appears intentional to me. This is not nice.
Horrible Service, they take ages to treat the people.
