Absolutely useless, do not use them, booked through Booking.com, no heating or hot water in property due to gas bill not being paid. Would not come out to rectify the issue instead told me to do it!! Took 14 days to return my deposit because Jeneen forgot to do it, she was too busy. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE YOUR PROBLEMS MINE! Would love for the owner of the property to be informed of their incompetence.
