Great tile shop. Friendly service and a wide range of tiles. It was easy to find the shop and plenty of space to park. I would highly recommend these guys 10/10

I shopped around for a long time to find the perfect tile . Not only did I find it at Hyde but at the best price in the UK . I ordered quite a lot and I was called to ask if they could delay my delivery by two days to ensure that every box came from the same batch . That is outstanding customer service as I would never have picked up on this . Totally recommend this company and have been telling everyone about them
Excellent customer service yet again with a sincere personal touch, I collected my previously ordered tiles today and Dennis as always and his colleague were exceptionally helpful loaded all the tiles into my car so polite helpful and friendly I will be back soon when I move onto my next room Thank you it’s such a pleasure receiving such excellent service which seems to be a rarity these days
I was nervous about using this company, although I found the tiles I was looking for on their website, a lot cheaper than local tile shops in the North East. This was not because of anything I had heard, but because I hadn't heard of or used them previously. I am really pleased to say, having dealt with Antony throughout (all members of staff were helpful and lovely) my mind was always put at ease, and the tiles arrived in perfect condition this morning.
