I worked for Fair Homes Next Steps and the management and the workers who work there are great, Nikki & Terri were very fair with residents but sometimes it seemed they were fighting a losing battle as some residents don’t want to change for the better, in my time working for them they couldn’t do enough to help me and changed shift patterns to help with my medical issue which unfortunately because of it I had to leave as I didn’t want to.
