I took my car for electric volt, I have booked to call back after three weeks time but after all the time i have been waiting for service i have been turn down this garage are not reliable they will West your time.
Visited the garage to get my car repaired. Gave the mechanic the OBD code as I already knew what the problem was and just needed the repair done. He charged me £40 for the computer scan only to get the same code/problem and then proceeded to tell me it will take few days for the availability/repair and the cost would be approx £650 including part. Went to a different mechanic same day as I needed the repair done. The job was done same day and I was charged £350 including part. I have rang this garage before and left messages... read more

Unprofessional Time waster inconsiderate individual booked in advance 2 days earlier for 10.30am having explained my cars issue only comes up when the car starts first thing in the morning only cold engine turned up on time and the so called mechanic in the workshop clueless says call the landline. Called landline number the guy says 45 minutes wait then agrees to run a diagnostic costing £200 with no guarantee of fixing the issue. Money Hungry individuals fobbing people off.
