5 Star service from Richard. Quick, responsive, professional. knowledgeable, booked in, sorted within a few days. There is nothing that this guy doesn't know about a Hybrid battery..... Especially Lexus. He is a master of his game. Don't bother going anywhere else, we wish we had come here first, we wasted 6 weeks plus with other garages. It was done and ready to collect very quickly. Lexus / Toyota told us 4.k, plus carriage, plus labour. Glad we found Hybrid Battery Solutions, highly recommend.
After an initial difficulty which Richard dealt with professionally, I am happy to report that my Prius is working perfectly and I can totally recommend Richard at Hybrid Solutions.
Fantastic service. Richard has just sorted out the dreaded 'Check Hybrid System / Check VSC System' isolation fault on our 2006 RX400h for a fraction of the ~£4000 that @LexusSwindon told us they could sell us a new replacement for, after their £250 diagnosis led them to tell us that our hybrid battery was a complete write-off..... Clearly nonsense. Richard was extremely helpful and informative throughout and the car is now driving perfectly again. Thoroughly recommended.
