I saw Christian this weekend after an intense week of ballet. He took time to understand what I had been doing and where I had soreness and then clearly explained how he would work so I knew what to expect. His approach was professional and detailed always checking for imbalances. After Christian took the time to explain what he found and give me some exercises to help maintain and improve my mobility. I appreciated being accommodated for a last-minute appointment — the practitioner was very friendly and approachable. During the session, we had a thorough discussion about my symptoms, which helped me feel heard and understood. While I realise that full recovery can’t be expected after just one session, my condition turned out to be more severe than initially thought. I later sought an MRI after visiting another clinic.
