Having a wonderful stay . Great pool area and bar. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Alla in the lobby bar has made our stay memorable
This was our second stay - not horrible but not great. The hotel needs a “redo”. The waterfall at the pool was not working - and that’s what my kids love the most. I asked And they told me it would be working the following day - it wasn’t. The hotel smells mildewy- there were comments on that from other hotel guests. The room felt humid. The gym needs some upgrades. We are Hyatt members but this is definitely not one of the nicer ones. Hyatt - put this one on your remodeling list! Pool was awesome they also charge a resort fee which allows you to ride bike in downtown area or get a boat/ Kayak to go out on the bay. I had an awesome experience... its pet friendly too! I will be bringing my doggie next time�� ��
