If they only had box fans for people that need fans for sleeping..... otherwise it was excellent!
Excelent customer service as always. I was welcomed as a Discoverist member by the associate at the check in/out desk. We were assigned a room located at the 8th floor facing the Marina with an outstanding view!!! The room and the hotel in general is super clean, smells very good. Happy hour at the bar was fantastic. This is our second stay at this property and will come back more times for sure. Hyatt and their employees never disappoint.

For the price I am paying for my room, so many things could be much, much better. The restaurant food is subpar, the breakfast buffet is overpriced for the quality of food served, we were not advised of our parking options until after day 3 when I asked what was available other than the valet service, the cleaning staff doesn't replenish supplies without being asked to do so, I booked a room with balcony bay view, but was put in a 1st floor balcony room with street view because rooms had not yet been cleaned (we checked in a... read more
