RecommendedService was incredible from check in to hotel bar and restaurant!
This was our third stay at the hotel . Both other times we stayed here have been amazing , this last time not so great. We booked a balcony room for the third time and were given first a view of the parking lot . When I requested to change it we were then given a balcony with an obstructed view. Why bother paying the additional fee if not getting a great view. 4 Stars I’m a Hyatt member. Lovely property with extremely friendly staff! I felt appreciated and welcomed! A little out dated compared to most Regency locations. 10th floor room with an adjoining door to another room and I could hear my neighbors fighting all night. Watermelon salad with the addition of goat cheese was KILLER GOOD!!!
I am a local Sarasota Realtor. Thankyou for your 2 night stay donation for my best friend’s fundraiser. I flew up to Boston to surprise her if you are wondering what the pink mask is all about. I highly recommend this organization to anyone!!
We have a great view overlooking the marina
All of the staff members did everything they could to make our stay as perfect as it could be. Special thanks to Keven that made sure we received a room that met our needs. Beware that there is a lot of high rise construction under way in the immediate vicinity. Renovations in the Hyatt have made entire floors unavailable so, if you are returning you may not get your favorite room. If you face the marina the view is not what you remember.
