Rudest and most unprofessional staff I have come across in my 40 years! In need of a massive cull and/or training! This one once the top hotel in Sarasota...will not be staying here on my next visit!
This is my third visit. It is on the Inland Waterway, building shields the north wind so the pool area is warm every SUNY day. Located right in the city! Happy me!
