The Hyatt Regency Sarasota is a beautiful place with an outdoor pool equipped with waterfalls and a real tropical atmosphere... With beautiful rooms and a five star staff this is the place to stay when on vacation or a quick getaway..
We were at the Hyatt for the Over the Edge event with Youth For Christ! The staff were just excellent, and treated us with so much care! Thank you
They have no idea how to keep a reservation even when you call and check it. Then when you check in they don’t have it right. Then you check after staying for a day and they have you leaving a day early.
Nice hotel. Beautiful pool. Very friendly staff. This was my 4 th stay here and I will be bac again
Would like to say a special thank you to Precious, who checked us in. She was super sweet, and although rooms were going fast, she found us a lovely room on the 10th floor. The view was amazing, and the room clean and comfortable.
Very disappointed! When asked if they could pop a bag of popcorn for me, I was told I could rent a microwave for $15! Really? What happened to great customer service? I understand business but hate to be “nickeled and dimed to death!”
I’m so happy that we chose the Hyatt Regency Sarasota as our headquarters for two weeks of Florida sunshine. The hotel is everything you would want in a hotel good sleep good eats and good health. The location is just perfect.
First time staying here and we had a wonderful experience .. we were upgraded to a room with a view upon arrival, the staff was wonderful..Would definitely stay there again..
