Excelente servicio, desde la recepción, el cuarto del hotel, zona de pileta y comida. Todo muy prolijo y cuidado.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE --- I have been charged for things AFTER I checked out - for a total WAY more than what my charges were supposed to be!!! THIS HOTEL RIPS PEOPLE OFF !!!!!! I got a message from the hotel almost a full day after I sent them a message on this FB page, and they asked for my contact information, and when I responded, they STILL didn't contact me. Their TOTAL lack of concern for their customers continues.
Do not use debit card!!!!! I used mine to check in, 50.00 a day hold. My roommate had my debit card released and charges put on their credit card. Today is Saturday, was told Monday and everyday after that the funds were released. Called hotel today asking why no money still, was told they were released Friday when I checked out. WAS LIED TO FROM DAY ONE........HEAD OFFICE WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS. IT'S BUXXSHIT. Customers service at the service desk needs alot of improvement.
