For a 50+ year old motel, they have done a nice job with the rooms. The service level is 1st class. Just count on paying 50% more then the quoted room rate once the add $35 parking, resort fee, and all the taxes and special hotel tax on top of it all.
This is our absolute favorite hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are stunning, and the staff is always kind and helpful!

I've been here two nights and still haven't had fitted sheets on the king sized bed. Sheets come off and it's difficult to stay asleep since it's so uncomfortable. Have mentioned this problem and still have another two nights of stay, no fix. Fml.

This place is disgusting - dirty, old, unattractive, awful. I couldn't be more disappointed. It is competent misrepresented online. We booked a room for three days. When we got there (late at night with a sleeping baby), we tried to change it so we would only have to stay one night. They refused to adjust the reservation. Probably because it is such a crappy motel (not hotel) that they have to trap people into staying. Save yourselves the trip. Stay somewhere else...anywhere else.
Really disappointing & terrible services there. The services in this Hyatt property undermined the Hyatt reputation seriously. It is so nice city but the stay in Hyatt this time is so disgusting! From the housekeeper to representatives and duty managers, the attitude are quite rude and not polite. The worst experience ever in Hyatt properties!
