Here we come for memorial day!!!
Horrible service. Charge extra for some "resort fee" and parking. Never came to clean our rooms. Pools close too early. No complimentary breakfast or coffee. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. They have zero understanding on customer service.
This hotel in no way should be classified as a 4 star hotel. The rooms smells musty, the floor creeks and pops...you can hear every little sound from the hall and rooms next door. It is not your typical Hyatt where you can expect quality for a good price. Don't be fooled by the photos. It looks like a slightly renovated motel 6.
