I have stayed here a few times through the years for my medical conferences. I love it. They give me a 2 drink complimentary card because they were not offering something I asked about. So nice. That is what I call great customer service. I love that it is so close to Fashion Island
Beautiful hotel and excellent staff. Everyone that works there could not be nicer. Great selection of amenities for adults and kids
A fantastic stay as usual. The level of consistency in their perfection of every detail is uncanny and rare in the industry.
Beautiful ambience. Romantic and very up to date look. I will definitely come back for a weekend rendezvous.
