The people were wonderful. The location was incredible, loved just walking the grounds and enjoying the scenery.

No Regency Club. Parking is outrageous. Property needs a serious face lift.
Could use better sound proofing. Can hear people upstairs walking and talking. Also, the staff is too loud in the halls... Very annoying
No accommodations for people with Disabilities , and the Managers refuse to accept responsibility for the Corp. wrongs
Loved staying here! Every staff we had an encounter with was friendly and helpful. The valet guys were Accommodating and on point. The check in staff was efficient and friendly. Even our servers at the Shore and room service was great! Every time I called guest services for requests the staff delivered to my room within minutes!
