We stayed here for 2 weeks in August 2016 for our family holiday,loved it, clean friendly, my daughter loved both pools , and pool service was brilliant I would recommend it to everyone. Maid service was brilliant as well beds and clean towels everyday, bins emptied and bottled water daily we couldn't of asked for more

The family and I loved this place we stayed from wed. To Sunday.. Customer service A plus. THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF THAT MADE IT THAT MUCH BETTER. Kids never wanted to leave the hotel.
This hotel was very lovely. We only stayed 2 nights between flights from Hawaii and Texas, but I was pleasantly surprised how nice this hotel was. We loved the Oasis pool area. Spent the majority of our time there lounging. Our kids loved it too! Our room was near the Serenity pool a bit far from the Oasis pool, but still a nice location with our balcony looking out onto golf course. Ah...I don't really know about this Hyatt Regency. Step in of the room, the first thing I saw is a dryed contact lens on the floor. And then scared by a firebrat, found the pillw case and bedsheet has small holes, the heat is very noisy...really?
The staff was amazing. Professional and friendly. We had a problem with our room (a lot of ants) and with a baby we didn't want them to come and "fix it". So they handled it and moved us right away. The staff was awesome. Bartenders and waitstaff in lobby bar are super friendly also.
I have been staying at the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach for 15 years and love it. Family lives close by so the location is perfect and the Hotel is perfect! I have a favorite room that my West Coast family calls my home away from home. The food is excellent, the dining room is ideal for entertaining friends and family who come to visit me and room service is such a luxury.
