My Self and my parents stayed here in January 2020, We absolutely loved this hotel so very much, Staff were so helpful and friendly rooms were amazing we had the best view. I loved the design of the garden area surrounding this hotel. Pool area, Restaurant and Marina just beautiful I can't wait to stay here again sometime soon in the future.

This hotel is just the right size with the pool centrally located amid tropical vegetation that is beautiful. It’s close to Sea World, Belmont Park with amazing views. The Fitness Center has a lovely view of the marina while on the cardio machines. The restaurants are so reasonably priced and the food is good. I would definitely come back.
I requested a quiet suite in a corner. We could hear our loud neighbors in the next suite all week long.
I will NEVER stay here again! It is totally insecure! I was in the shower and when I got out 2 maintenance men were standing there in my room!!!! The said someone called about a sink that didn’t work ! You don’t just go in a guests room without knocking or calling! I didn’t feel safe after that and they could have cared less that my privacy was violated! I was also charged and extra 70 dollars a day for a spa I never saw ! No hot tub, sauna or amenities for February! Also charged 40 dollars a day for parking! It’s their park... read more
