Five-Star Customer Service! I cannot say enough good things about the customer service at the Hyatt Regency Mission Bay & Spa! While the property itself might not be a five-star facility, the staff absolutely delivers five-star hospitality. I interacted with at least five different employees at length during our stay, and every single one was professional and eager to help. Pre-Arrival: Carlo was a lifesaver. Horrible maintenance on the first floor rooms, I have switched few rooms but looks like all of them are bad. Sofas ripped and covered in stains, walls dirty, fridge missing parts, blinds chewed, dresser drawer fronts are covered in dirt etc. When I asked to get a better room, all I was told - add more money and we can move you to another floor.
