The only good thing about this place are the views. We went here for the waterslides and of course none of them were working. Not even the hot tub either. Did it say this on the website like it should've? Did anyone warn us about this when booking? No. Of course not. They rely on you to show up and out of laziness just not change hotels and deal with it. Well.. we left to Town & Country which by the way was a much better hotel... and less expensive. Unfortunately, this is the worst Hyatt stay I’ve ever had and we’ve even stayed at lower tier ones that were better than this. The carpet floors were absolutely disgusting in the room, sticky and left my kids feet totally black and dirty. I made them wear shoes in the room the rest of our stay. The rooms are clearly outdated. The plus side is that the staff were lovely throughout our stay and my kids loved the smore’s night. We also got to take advantage of the complimentary ride pass at Belmont Park which was a great perk!
I went for the Marina access.
