I came here for an event, and I am normally the person that is extremely gracious, especially coming from a background of being an event manager and traveling all over the country. I am here for an event that I am participating in, and the last two days have been relatively comfortable. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
We are a local military family and decided to try out the staycation with our two kiddos. I called ahead and Kelly from the front desk answered all my questions about the parking and breakfast package and assured us we could still go to the pool when we arrived (if our room wasn’t ready). When we did arrive, our room was ready and Kelli was actually the one who checked us in! She even remembered talking to me.
