Here now. Beautiful place - great staff. They surprised us with a free bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries and a beautiful double swans kissing towel display covered in flower petals when we checked in for our 25 wedding anniversary-blew us away - thank you Hyatt Regency Maui🤙
Beautiful resort with great views! Japengo has delicious sushi and Alona at Umalu, the poolside bar, is a gem!!
Great place to stay! Very friendly staff great drinks and food rooms are okay but we experienced better😊
Very beautiful hotel, very good service. We loved our room which had a gorgeous view of the garden and ocean, easy access. The grounds where flamingos, penguins, and other exotic birds was very nice. We enjoyed the Luah very much but our general seating tickets didn't include family photos opp and wait in line took long. We tried all hotel restaurants, Japengo was delicious, happy hour appreciated. The Accent store was our go to for breakfast items, beer. Location to Lahaina was nice.

Rooms are dated , renovation coming in 2019 I’ve heard , pool crowded
Outdated rooms, parking expensive and the size of spaces so small that my husband had to back out before I could get in the car! Parking should be included for the price they charge. Our anniversary was only acknowledged by housekeeping and a towel swan! The breakfast buffets are good and all the staff are friendly and helpful though.
