RecommendedBeautiful place, nice helpful and friendly staff and you only a short walk on the beach to do what ever you came to Maui for and that if you even really feel the need to leave the resort as they have everything here on site to make for a great stay.

hate to message on facebook but could find no other way. Your sales team for the Hyatt Regency vacation package has not not been able to help us, in fact we have been given the run around for several weeks. We have been waiting for our 500.00 deposit refund since July, since the deposit was made with a gift card we were told the refund would need to be in the form of a check. We threw the gift card away.. Approx 6 weeks went by with no check, we were told the refund was placed on the card, they finally gave us the card numbe... read more

Old, beat up, I am sure it was nice in 1979! Other cheaper resorts that are nicer
