Beautiful property, great food and a fantastic staff!
This is a beautiful hotel and very kid friendly. My kids loved the kids swim area, slides, animal feedings....the list goes on. I loved the views outside by the pool/beach and how clean the hotel is. Food was great at hotel as well. The only thing I was disappointed in was my hotel room. It was clean but outdated and needed some easy improvements. I was told I had a Mountain View and my view was of the parking lot and other hotels. I was also told they booked us a queen and full bed for our family of four and we got a king r... read more

Very nice hotel, amazing views from the main tower, like the smaller footprint of the property and not having to walk a mile for breakfast. Staff are friendly and very helpful, Rooms are perfect size with great amenities-love the frig. Decor is a little dated and needs a refresh. Bed mattresses definitely need to be replaced...uncomfortable :( This would be the main reason we might not come back.
