We spent our husband honeymoon here and absolutely loved it! Food was great and the service was wonderful!

Great hotel, almost a little too perfect, but they took great care of us.
We found a disgusting cockroach in our room! They were having a fumigating on process at our tower but honestly I think they shouldn’t booked people on those rooms at all! Nobody wants bugs or gas in their rooms. Other thing I didn’t like was the parking lot it is far away from the guest rooms. Other than that is perfect their employees really make you feel at home...
I just fled Lahaina, as flames consumed our neighborhoods. With nowhere else to go, and unsure of where we could go to be safe, we came to the Hyatt. The staff were beyond professional by even being here (their own houses could have easily been burning down too, but they still were here at work serving us)! But they went far beyond that- their overall preparedness and positivity made us feel sooo much safer, physically and emotionally.
