I think they have been underprepared to open back up after HI allowed them to. I think there is enough blame to go around But I would expect the hotel to handle it better.
RecommendedAmazing hotel, location is perfect ,in the hotel there was the area with small penguins, huge macaws, flamingos , two restaurants, both great. Good aqua park , big family suites. Strongly recommend 🍍🍍🍍

RecommendedJust stayed here days after reopening. The resort is beautiful, staff very friendly, and all staff members always had their masks on (over mouth and nose). Restaurants were pretty overpriced but that’s to be expected. Overall we loved our stay!
