My wife and I stayed for our first wedding anniversary and we loved everything about this resort! Checking inn was a breeze and the staff was extremely helpful, the valet parking personnel are very friendly and helpful especially in the bad weather! The food is delicious! We really enjoyed our thanksgiving dinner and sitting around the fireplace listening to stories and drinking hot cocoa! We had an AWESOME weekend.. Incredibly caring to make room for people struck by tragedy in this Halloween flood. To give an emergency reduced rate and to be kind enough to deliver gifts to a couple kids that were unable to have a Halloween after everything including their costumes was ruined when their home was flooded. A business that gives back to their community. Other businesses should take notice.
5 Stars, Awesome week visit last summer. Service was Great ,Food Awesome, Room was better than home. Slept great, Grandkids & we had so much we wanted to do, not enough time. Watching outdoor movies with Grandkids was so much fun! Riding horses was Super !!Looking forward to another visit!
Service sucks, yall would think that Customers that have been multiple times before would be treated properly but that's not the case
I was coming in to the resort when I had a flat tire. One of their employees was driving by and asked if he could help. He took my friends on to the resort and called in for help. They sent an engineer with a floor jack, and he proceeded to change the tire for me. Once I made it in, another employee helped me clean up before my event. They went beyond what they had to do. My compliments to the staff of the Hyatt List Pines Resort!
Not only a amazing resort to stay at! But an amazing place to work!
This is my second visit here and the staff is super....friendly and helpful. Its very peaceful. I would recommend Hyatt Regency Lost Pines to any one. By the way I have done more activities here this time than last.
