Could not have asked for a better experience. Was here for a conference. Staff was above and beyond fantastic. Room was on point and superb. Grounds were clean and easy to get around. Will be back.

First time to stay here. Thought we would give Lost Pines a try. We must be in the dead zone. Very few people on this end, landscape is dead, lots of weeds...not maintained on this end of the resort. Our room just another hotel room with no balcony and a window view of dead trees. Being a Platinum Hyatt member came with no benefits! However over by the pool area where it seems that most of the guest are staying is very well groomed/clean. Staff is friendly!

I have been coming to Lost Pines for the last 9 years and have always been super pleased with the experience. . . not this time. Three out of four meals at their upscale restaurant, Stories was awful. 1) Cold steak. 2) Steak that tasted like they had used sugar instead of salt. 3) Raw duck (which I sent back and then they overlooked). Service was slow as molasses. Disappointed beyond belief.

My children and I came down for a short time and had a wonderful time. We rode bikes, swam and roasted marshmallows all before the movie on the hill. Great place!!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed ourselves during our stay. The resort is very kid friendly, and the staff is beyond accommodating. There were 9 people in our parting including 3 kids under 6, and there wasn't one hiccup in our visit. We cannot wait to return to the resort.
