No one seems to know what's going on here. After leaving a package to be shipped via USPS (their business centre advertises 24 hrs but I was told this was not the case, who knows whether that's true or not), I had to call not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES to find out why my parcel hadn't been shipped. I was originally told it was out with the UPS stuff any accident and would be mailed out the next day. Returning to Hyatt Lost Pines Resort for our Exec Staff Offsite is always a great experience. The staff is exemplary in all aspects! The Hyatt team is very flexible with so many changes to meeting schedule and last minute requests. The stress of attending to issues on events like this are taken cared by very professional staff at the hotel. I will definitely keep coming back and recommend Hyatt Lost Pines to my colleagues. Bravo!
Went for a two night getaway. Resort was lovely & grounds were great to walk around & hike. Husband enjoyed a round of golf. We went during the week, so there were no crowds & it was really quiet even though they were hosting a corporate event. We will definitely go back!
