We've been visiting Lost Pines for the past several years and have always loved it. This year, not so much. Someone left their leftover table of room service food outside on a table in front of the exit door (outside room 1718). I called the front desk around 8am to let them know...it ended up raining most of the afternoon and no one ever picked it up. I also noticed that no one was picking up room service trays left in the hallway- they were sitting there for over 24 hrs. And at least 2 rooms were leaving stacks of their ki... read more

I have worked at three other Hyatt hotels and my experiences there were amazing...I made life long friends. This Hyatt is by far the worst, with the way they treat their employees. I will never come back or recommend a Hyatt again because of my experience with the heartless upper management and very phony human resources people here.

Just arrived today but loving the experience. Our check-in time was 4:00 but we arrived at 10:00 am expecting to spend the day at the pool until a room was available... Especially because the resort was sold out and I assumed they would not be available to turn a room around anytime soon. To my amazement, they gave us the next available room and we were checked in and inside by 10:15! The staff are VERY accommodating and brought a microwave and humidifier to our room, solving all of our problems right away. It's just all aro... read more

My son and I bring our dog to the Lost Pines several times every year and are always sad to leave. We love the leisurely pace of our days spent between the pool and long walks with the dog. We are always greeted by friendly staff and smiling faces. We were sad to see that the Longhorns were moved to the upper pasture, but have witnessed many a guest ignoring the 7 foot rule, so understand why they had to be moved. Loved visiting with Yogi and Boo Boo and the mini horses. Also enjoyed some of the recent improvements around th... read more

I will write a complete review on trip advisor. I've never been so clear that I am in Texas. Look at the renegade facial in the spa services for men. This is definitely a place where men are men and women are little ladies.

So ate at the only restaurant open for breakfast today and they ended up comping our ticket. Service was very slow, they had no warm syrup so I asked for some. By the time it came out waffle was cold and the syrup was barely warm. Not sure comping made up for the service.

Loving this place! Poolside grilled cheese and watermelon for the kids. S'mores at night by the fire. Buffet offers tons of great kids options with no wait. This place has thought of everything! :)
