Very clean and updated. Everyone is very helpful and friendly we will def be staying there again.
The staff was AMAZING and housekeeping went above and beyond to keep us happy! What a great experience at a beautiful place! Had a wonderful stay!
..everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff were professional and kind and provided exceptional customer service. The location is perfect for attending concerts and sporting events. I walked everywhere! I would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay there again!��
Beautiful venue with a great atmosphere and helpful, friendly staff. I will definitely be staying there again. We dined at The Chocolate Bar and really enjoyed that as well. I feel there’s some opportunity with house keeping. The glasses in the bathroom had a noticeable amount of dust on them as well as the toiletry jar. Also, the bed was uncomfortably soft. I ended up sleeping on the couch which was nice and firm and very comfortable! Other then that, I have no real complaints.
