I bought a package at the Umps Care Fundraiser that included tickets to an Indians game and 2 nights at this hotel. I received the game tickets and called to reserve the rooms and was told there were no standard rooms available. If I wanted to use my gift certificate I had to pay an upgrade fee (which I was fine with) AND book an additional two nights in a suite at over $300 per night. Great location. Walking distance to everything.
Terrific Hotel, great, friendly service by the hotel staff we interacted with. The 1890’s Restaurant is not to be missed. The staff here are exceptional. I give the hotel 5*.
Incredible hotel. Beautiful, very clean. My dinner room service was s little late and they called to ask what type of drink I would want for free! Who does that? Hyatt Regency has always been the. Rudy for me.
The only close parking is valet and twice so far I have seen attendants say they can drive a manual transmissions but not take off the parking break, dump the clutch and stall the car or not take the car out of gear when you park it while it is running.
This place is amazingly beautiful. Wonderful ambiance.
