The hotel was beautiful! That being said we stayed this weekend for a wedding. Went to get ice at 2 different places and it was covered in black mold...the worst part is we told the lobby staff and they could have cared less...two staff members in general were rude and didn’t care that their hotel had mold in the ice. They really need to fix this and also work on how their staff members interact with their guests..

Big fan of this place. The setting downtown is perfect, and the interior is a still beautiful slice of history.
Had a wonderful time . Everything is accessible for the downtown life.

Excellent staff, always taken care of, early check in, valet, close to venues,casino, secure, beautiful building, excellent bars restaurant, allways my hotel of choice when in Cleveland.
