RecommendedThe hotel was so unique and beautiful, and the location was perfect for so many reasons. The room was modern and clean, and spacious.

Hyatt Regency Arcade...Well. No. I can't recommend this Hotel. I'm sure in 1890 it had its hey day but NOT TODAY! The bed was too uncomfortable for my wife. No pool. No breakfast. Just charges. $2.50 for coffee in the lobby plus valet $35/night. Website says walking distance to rock hall etc. Not exactly true either. Seemed like all around us there were better choices of hotel. Loved Cleveland! What a comeback! I'll be back but not at the Hyatt Regency Arcade
Stayed for 2 nights, room was never made up, no fresh towels. Paid 35 a night for valet parking, upon checkout and an hour into my ride home I realized that my glove compartment was empty, all inside had been stolen. Called the hotel to speak about the issues, was told that I'd receive a call back in an hour, that was 5 days ago, still waiting. This is crap that you'd expect from a Motel 6, not a Hyatt Regency.

Wanted to go in at about 7:30 on a Monday night to check out the arcade and we weren’t even through the door when some rude security lady was yelling at us for our room key. Apparently you can’t look at the historical spots in Cleveland without a reservation. Definitely won’t ever stay here in the future. Seriously irritated by how rude she was. If I were a paying guest I’d be even more mad being treated like a criminal trespasser when I wasn’t even through the door

Up all night and morning with noise. Not worth the price for what you get. $40 a day parking on top of room rate! $4 for a coffee??!! Cleveland has lot to offer but find a different hotel
