We stayed June 30th to July 2nd for U2 Concert . Hyatt Regency @[108990991473:Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Arcade] was a fantastic enjoyable stay . Beautiful architecture , rich in history I am sure . The staff very friendly and efficient � Thank you . Fabulous vibe at The Chocolate Bar and all along this city . Little Italy was amazing Cleveland Rocks! ��
I love Cleveland and the Hyatt at the arcade, but the City of Cleveland reams visitors on city taxes and should be ashamed of themselves. From now on, it will be one Cleveland game and no overnight stays. More taxes, less visitors...at least from this Tribe fan.
Professional and amicable staff with attention to details is why we return to the Hyatt Arcade over and over. As we tell our friends, if you are "doing Cleveland" then you must do the historical Hyatt at the Arcade.
Stayed this past weekend and all throughout both Friday and Saturday night the loud echoing horseplay of people in the open galleria space kept me awake all night. This hotel needs to seriously have security employees enforcing quiet hours. Not a good place to stay if your a light sleeper.
Great location, friendly staff and beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this place.
