Went to the most beautiful wedding reception setting in Cleveland ever. The staff was amazing and food was delicious!
This hotel is beautiful and has everything you need. Staff is friendly and the sales manager is awesome!! The hotel is very unique and I love seeing all the festivities that go on in the center.
Not bad, room kind of small, but bed was comfy. One of the best breakfasts I've had in recent memory!
I just came back from the wedding weekend of my dreams, thanks to The Arcade. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was better than my husband and I could have possibly imagined. Everything at our reception was exactly how we pictured it. The food was fabulous. The event managers we worked with were professional, friendly and prompt. Despite the beautiful design of the hotel that put me in extreme awe when I walked in the doors, I was extremely disappointed when I walked into our room. For as magical as the hotel captivates you, the room itself was about the size of my bedroom at home with a useless carved out space near the door, the wall paper was sloppy/bubbling-up/peeling/ripped, carpet worn...the ice bucket & coffee maker were stashed away on the bottom shelf of the nightstand. Great location, I'll recommend this place to anyone but bring money.
Though I am not a guest but a hotel guest said some nasty things about me behind my back just an hour ago. A young black woman with a black dress on and some blonde hair inter front . To the woman who said something about me, there's a place in hell for your sorry ass.
Not only is the hotel absolutely beautiful on the inside and the newly renovated rooms (we had a King Arcade Suite) amazing but the staff is incredible. Every single staff member we came into contact with was beyond helpful, beyond personable and just really awesome. They even rushed to get our room ready early for us! Super impressed. Hands down still stay here anytime! Plus come on, you walk out right onto 4th Street where all the nighttime fun is!!!!!
