Nice place to stay close to everything
Great place to stay downtown. It's within walking distance of some really cool places to eat and within walking distance of Progressive Field and Quicken Loans arena.
Beautiful, staff is very friendly and very helpful. Two block walk to sport venues, the lake is near, pubs and restaurants too! Will definitely stau here next time we are in town.
This has been one of the best hotel stays I've ever had! When checking in, the lady at the front desk asked if we were celebrating anything special and I mentioned it was my 30th birthday! My husband and I left for a few hours and when we came back, they left a birthday card and some champagne & white chocolate in our room!! I wasn't expecting that at all!! I'll definitely be staying here again!

The valets at this hotel are very rude. I work in an office in the vicinity of the hotel. The valets park the guests' cars in the same garage in which I park, and park the guest vehicles in parking spaces reserved by other paying customers of the garage. Despite frequent reminders not to park in spaces reserved for other patrons of the garage, the valets continue in their rude, discourteous, and improper behavior. I would never recommend this hotel to any friends, family, or business partners visiting Cleveland.
