So far, an outstanding stay. Arrived approx 10am for a 2 day workshop, room was ready for early check-in. All employees encountered have been helpful and friendly, asking about my trip and if I need any assistance or recommendations for the "off hours". While dated, the facility appears to be in good shape and the Arcade has a ton of potential. Will definitely return here to see how it polishes up!
Amazing hotel! Great location. Walk right out the back doors into an awesome downtown street full of music, restaurants.. House of blues, shops, etc. We will certainly be back. Gorgeous!!
This place is fantastic. When you walk into the entrance it is like you are stepping back in time. Very enjoyable stay. I will definitely be back. The area around the hotel is non stop and a great time.
I've stayed here several times times. Each time has been a joy! The rooms are beautiful and the staff are superb. I recommend it all the time to people visiting downtown Cleveland.
