For the cost of a two bedroom suite, I can't believe there's not even a couch in the living room! A chaise lounge is very lame - can't even seat four people in the living room. I called the front desk and basically was told too bad unless I wanted banquet chairs. Very disappointed.
My husband and I live in Cleveland but we wanted a quick getaway for our anniversary after a very busy weekend! The staff was very nice and upgraded us for our anniversary. It was a very nice suite with all the amenities. The only thing is I couldn't find an ice bucket or glasses in the room I guess you have to request from room service overall great stay!
This was my second stay for a corporate conference that i was attending nearby. When I arrived last week I was ill. I cannot praise the staff enough. Especially Stacey, who checked us in. She sent tea to my room and gave me plenty of boxes of tissues ! The historic building is beautiful. Restaurants and entertainment are nearby. Looking forward to another stay. Thank you Stacey.
Bored out of my mind, here to bus #wizardworld attendees, sitting in a plain looking room. No essentials, no microwave, no end table on the right side of the bed (using ironing board) ask for bedding, received call in room to repeat my request, received incorrect bedding, asked for essentials, did not get all I asked for. Order morning breakfast, hair on tray and my orange juice had dirt in it. RecommendedIris and Emilia were amazing. The best service and hotel ever. My bed was amazing. Ill be back April 1st for my fiances bday weekend celebration. So quiet and peaceful. The view was amazing. Love it!
The hotel is nice but the valet service is horrible. Thirty five minutes to deliver my car is unacceptable.
The manager at the front desk and employee Angel were the nicest and most helpful staff members I have ever encountered at a hotel! They were patient, kind and are exactly the kind of people that should be working in the hotel business. Thank you both of you for being so great to my mother and I!
Even though many things really pissed us off (no ice at the machine for 2 days, no pop in the vending machine for 2 days and everything in our room was not properly put together and dribbles for water pressure), we continue to stay here for the atmosphere. The staff is amazing, especially Stacey Russell. I hope the hotel takes some time to review the newly remodeled rooms. Our wall lamps were barely screwed on and even the bathroom sink became unhinged. Just because something looks like it's put together, doesn't mean it is.... read more
Excellent hotel experience! Definitely recommend. Although, Beds don't have fitted sheets - strange?? Needs some changes there.
