Just returned from a 5 night stay at Hyatt on the Hudson celebrating my daughters Graduation and would like to say what a awesome place this is.....the location is great offering beautiful views of NYC, within walking distance to the PATH rail system to travel to NY and The NJ Light Rail......the staff were wonderful...would like to mention the restaurant staff in particular, they go above and beyond to remember you and chat with you and deliver great service to the customer....the food was delicious. Amazing view if manhattan .... beautiful and convenient location, right next to the subway stop. My kids loved it
As a business traveler I stay in a variety of places around the world and this vicinity ranks right up there with the best with a reasonable cost and staff that rates even higher than the value. The views are superior from the main floor to the ballroom. I was in for a global meeting and was a little shocked when I saw a group of teens showing up for a prom but never to worry that staff had all things under control and there was no inconvenience to guest (checking in or otherwise).
