Nice hotel in a great location. Quick, easy access to Manhattan and close to lots of great restaurants in Jersey City.
My daughter Alison had her wedding at this location and it couldn’t of been any better from the start. Fantastic event room with the view of the Manhattan skyline.

I booked a room for 2 nights via "hotelguides - com" Due to weather conditions in New York my flight was delayed 36 hours. Therefore, I could not check in on day 1. I contacted "hotelguides - com" and was informed that they were prepared to refund the charge for day 1. After some interaction with the Hotel Stephanie R. Alphonso Assistant Operations Manager, made sure I was refunded... KOODLES TO "hotelguides - com" And to MANAGEMENT AT HYATT REGENCY JERSEY CITY
I travel to New Jersey from California about once a month for work. I have enjoyed this hotel so much that it will be my new home monthly when I am here. Thank you to all the attentive staff, the food is amazing and the room was comfortable! From the front desk folks, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping, everything has been pure perfection!
