Stayed here for my birthday celebration. Usually we stay at 3 star hotels but my husband wanted to make the celebration extra special. We checked in and went up to our room and it had a king sized bed—for 2 adults and 2 children. Tried calling the front desk and no one picked up. Went back downstairs and the front desk said they would send up a roll away bed. Went to the valet to get the car to go to dinner (parking is not included in the room rate). Very nice stay, nice beds, great staff, excellent restaurant and breakfast and an amazing view of New York city. My wife and i will be going back!!

The maid never came in the morning and we came back to the hotel to no towels or anything. We called the front desk to tell them and they said they would send someone up. During that time we decided to go to dinner at the restaurant in the Hotel. I promise you I am not embellishing when I tell you I ordered a 28 dollar 8oz steak and they gave me no more than 4oz. I have the picture to prove it if anyone wants me to send it to them. It was so dark in that restaurant that I needed to use the flash on my phone to read the menu.... read more
Amazing place, service, rooms, views. Food is ok. I cook better. Half of the staff is very friendly and the other half has the NYC attitudes they hate their job and due to that they argue with you or they just don’t want to help. Other than that the rest is very very good.
