Don't believe the hours for the pharmacy! I called, "how late is the pharmacy open"? 9pm was the answer. I arrive at 8:50 only to find the drive thru window closed! I call while sitting in the drive thru lane and am told the drive through closes at 8:45pm! Seriously! Second trip that day. The first time there were 5 cars in line. I waited 20 minutes and the line didn't move! Thought I would come back later, well you know how that turned out. Hmm maybe it's time to switch pharmacies.
Today was my daughters first birthday I had a special smash cake made for it, it was a "deer" cake anyways the FIRST cake was beautiful it's was seriously Pinterest perfect! As soon as I got the cake I dropped it. My heart sank my step dad called and asked if they can make a new by 3 and oh my goodness they did! This second cake looked great And in perfect time! Thank you so much for saving the day Hyvee Bakery team My daughter LOVED it!
For me, what set apart Hyvee Fleur from all other groceries in this side of Des Moines is the professionalism of its people. They are friendly, polite, patient and ever ready to assist customers. I also like how their produce are fresh and good quality. I also especially like their Chinese deli. I just got a bit disappointed when I last visited because I noticed that they increased the price and the portions are not as generous as they used to. I also like the atmosphere of the place. One of my favorite stores! They are amazing! Always very friendly and helpful! Definitely deliver on their brand promise!
I love our Hy Vee! We usually shop on the Park Ave store but since we moved, the Fleur store is closer. We love the store and staff!! The staff is friendly and I got a quick tour when I explained that I was new to the store!! Keep up the great job!!
